Our  Milestones

Elsie’s Kitchen history can be traced back to the 1950s when the Ang Family began managing the F&B outlets in the British Royal Air Force camps at Seletar, Tengah, and Changi.

Team

Consists of Chefs, Cooks and Assistants to ensure smooth food preparation process throughout.

One dedicated chef is assigned to one station to in order to maintain the food quality and consistency.

Efficiency

25 vehicles equipped with GPS to ensure speedy delivery island-wide within Singapore.

Food is prepared 1 hour prior to delivery to ensure we maintain its freshness and warmth.

Innovation

We experiment with fresh ingredients to craft new menus and fusion dishes throughout the year.

The newly created dish will go through a stringent tasting test with the Management and staff of the entire group. 

Capabilities
