We will arrive 20-30 minutes before your event.
Food consumption timing
Food is best consumed within the NEA’s stipulated timing; 2 hours upon arrival.
Collection Time
Collection timing is 2.5hours from your ready-to-eat time and is subjected to delay due to schedule limitations. Please inform us if your function room/venue is time-sensitive.
Lift access
Inform our team if there is no lift access to your event venue. Climbing stairs with heavy logistics can be exhausting and dangerous. We might need to allocate additional manpower to form a buffet relay! For venues without a direct lift, a surcharge of $80 per level applies. Deliveries without a direct lift are limited to a maximum of 3 levels.
Buffet Setup
We will provide a complete buffet setup, which includes table cloth, skirting, disposable wares, serviettes and trash bags.
Event Venue
Searching for the correct location might take up precious time. Help us by providing the exact location, loading bay, landmarks or any useful directions to your event venue.
Menu/Dish Amendments
Changes must be made within 48 hours prior to event. An administrative will be applicable for any last minute changes.

2. Transport charge of $70 (before GST) applies if the total food bill is below $1000 (before GST). Additional surcharge applies for deliveries made to CBD, Sentosa Island denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: 01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 17, 18, 19, 22 & 23. Additional $100 surcharge applies to Jurong Island with minimum order of $1000.
3. A surcharge of $60 applies for delivery between 6:30 - 7:30am, with minimum order of $500. Subjected to availability. For venues without a direct lift, a surcharge of $70 per level applies, with a maximum charge of $210 (up to 3 levels).
4. All items/menus are subject to changes or withdrawal without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
5. Food is best consumed within 2 hours upon arrival, in line with SFA’s stipulated timeline.
6. A complete Buffet setup with tables, skirting, and warmers. A full set of disposable wares, serviettes, trash bins, and bags will be provided.
7. Vegetarian & non-spicy options are available upon request.
